Mix Ingredients: Combine methi, spring onion, salt, and spices. Rest for 10 minutes.

Add Besan: Gradually mix besan into the mixture until it forms a semi-hard dough.

Adjust Seasoning: Check and adjust salt and spices.

Knead Dough: Form small dough balls from the mixture.

Roll and Cook: Roll each ball into a roti and cook on a Tawa with a little oil for each thepla.
