Ingredients:  1/2 cup Broken Emmer Wheat 1/4 cup Grated Coconut 1 tbsp Dates Paste Stevia (a few drops) 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Mixed Dry Coconut, Cashews, Almond pieces (4 each) 1 tsp Poppy Seeds (Khuskhus), 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

Method:  Roast Emmer wheat until light brown in 1 tsp coconut oil.

Blend grated coconut, dates paste, and stevia into a coarse paste.

Roast mixed dry coconut, cashews, and almonds; set aside.

Sauté the paste for 10 minutes.  Boil roasted wheat with 1/2 cup water for 10 more minutes.

Remove from heat and add poppy seeds, raisins, cardamom powder, and the roasted nuts. Mix.

Serve your Godhi Huggi/Broken Wheat Kheer  as the first course in a festival meal. Enjoy!
