Ingredients: 1/2 cup kidney beans (rajma), soaked overnight 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes 1 to 2 bay leaves 1 tsp oil 1 tsp finely chopped garlic 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions 1/4 cup chopped capsicum Salt and pepper to taste

Method: Pressure cook soaked beans with bay leaves until soft. In a pan, sauté garlic, onions, and capsicum. Add tomatoes and cook.

Mix in the cooked rajma with water, bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, simmer for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot.
