Navratri Special Diabetes Friendly Singhara Atta Pancakes

Ingredients: 1 cup - Singhara Flour 1 Small Boiled Mashed Potato 1-2 Finely chopped Green Chilli

2-3 Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves Rock Salt for taste 1 cup - Water 1-2 Tablespoon - Ghee

Method: Mix singhara flour, mashed potato, 1-2 chopped chillies, coriander leaves and rock salt. Slowly Add Water till the batter becomes even.

In a pan, add ghee and put it on a simmer. Pour the prepared batter into the pan and spread over the pan.

Cook until the Singhara Pancakes turn slightly brown on both sides.

Serve this diabetes-friendly dish with a bowl of low-fat curd.
