Navratri Special Diabetes-Friendly Makhana Smoothie

Ingredients: Half cup - Roasted Makhanas 3-4 Cashews 2-3 Walnuts 2-3 Almonds 2 - Dates

1 Teaspoon - Fennel Seeds 1 Glass - Low Fat Milk Artificial Sweetener (optional)

Method: Blend all the dry fruits, makhanas, milk and sweetener for 45 seconds in a mixer.

After blending, refrigerate for 2 hours. Consume this drink as an evening snack or along with meals.
