Eid Special Diabetes Friendly Kacche Aam Ki Kheer

Ingredients:  Green Mango - 100 gm Milk (Low Fat Skimmed) - 500 ml Cashews - 20 gm

Almonds - 20 gm Sweetener (Stevia/Monk Fruit) - 2 tsp Ghee - 1 tsp

Grate and wash mangoes. Parboil, drain, and sauté in ghee.

Heat milk in another pot and reduce it by half. Add the chopped cashews and almonds to the milk.

Once the milk is reduced by half, add the cooked mangoes.

Lower the heat and add sweetener to your liking.

Cook for another 10 minutes and serve chilled.
