Diabetic Friendly Makhana Thandai Recipe

Ingredients:  50 gm makhana 1 glass milk 6-7 green elaichi

Ingredients:  Sugar/sugar-free powder/sweetener 2-3 rose petals 2-3 kesar leaves in 1 tsp warm milk Badam for garnish

Method:  Roast makhana and elaichi in a pan for 5-8 minutes. Blend to a fine powder and sieve.

Method:  Blend 1 glass of milk with sieved powder, sugar/sugar-free, and rose petals.

Method:  Garnish with kesar leaves and badam. Enjoy!
