Diabetic-Friendly Diwali Sweet Recipe

Roast finely chopped almonds until they turn golden brown. Ensure they don't burn by stirring continuously.

In the same pan, dry roast desiccated coconut until it becomes lightly golden. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Combine the roasted almonds, roasted coconut, low-fat milk powder, cardamom powder, and optional saffron strands in a mixing bowl.

Add sugar-free sweetener or stevia to the mixture, adjusting the sweetness to your preference.

Heat ghee or coconut oil and add it to the mixture. Mix everything together.

Gradually introduce 2-3 tablespoons of low-fat milk to bind the mixture.

Shape the mixture into small laddoos, allow them to cool and set for a few hours
