Diabetic Friendly Chana Dal Paratha Recipe

Filling:  Boil and mash 1 cup chana dal. Mix with chopped onion, green chili, grated ginger, cumin, coriander powder, and salt.

Dough: Knead 1 cup whole wheat flour with water, adding a pinch of salt.

Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.

Assembly: Divide dough into balls, stuff with chana dal mixture, and roll into parathas.

Cook on a hot tawa until brown spots appear on both sides.

Optionally, apply a little ghee while cooking.

Serve hot with yogurt or green chutney. Enjoy this protein-packed, diabetic-friendly paratha!
