Diabetic Friendly Carrot Halwa

Grate Carrots:  Peel and grate 2 cups of carrots.

Cook Carrots:  Sauté carrots in 1 tbsp ghee until softened.

Add Milk:  Pour in 1 cup almond milk, simmer until absorbed.

Sweeten:  Add 1-2 tbsp stevia or sugar substitute.

Add Nuts & Flavorings:  Stir in chopped nuts, cardamom, and saffron (optional).

Cook & Serve:  Cook until thickened, add 1 tbsp ghee, and serve warm.

Tips:  Use unsweetened almond milk. Enjoy in moderation as part of a balanced meal.
