Diabetes-Friendly Navratri Special Paneer Rolls

Ingredients: 100 g - Grated Paneer 2-3 Small Mashed Potato 1 Teaspoon - Garam Masala Rock Salt

1 Green Chilli 1/2 Grated Ginger 1 Tablespoon - Coriander Powder 6-7 Khishmish 2 Tablespoon - Desi Ghee

Method: In a bowl, mash paneer, potatoes, ginger, and all the masalas & salt. Mix until the ingredients are mixed, and it turns into a dough.

Make small cutlet-sized rolls from the dough.

Add 2 tablespoons of desi ghee in a pan. Place the prepared paneer doughs on it.

On low heat, fry these rolls until golden brown on all sides.

Serve Hot with coriander mint chutney.
