Diabetes-Friendly Navratri Special Kuttu Dosa

Ingredients: 1 cup - Kuttu Flour 1 Small Boiled Mashed Potato 2-3 Finely chopped Green Chilli 2-3 Fresh Coriander Sticks

A Handful of Peanuts 2 Tablespoon - Curd A Pinch of Rock Salt 1 Tablespoon - Desi Ghee 1 Cup - Water

Method: Mix kuttu flour, mashed potato, 2 chopped chillies, coriander and rock salt. Add water to make the batter thinner.

On a heated non-stick Pan, pour a tablespoon of Ghee. Pour the batter and spread evenly on the Pan, like a dosa.

Cook the Kuttu Dosa until it turns Golden Brown on both sides.

Blend peanuts, curd, rock salt, 1 chilli and coriander leaves in a mixer.
