Diabetes-Friendly Kesar Elaichi Shrikhand  Recipe

Ingredients: 2 Cups Almonds (Soaked Overnight, Skinned) 1 Cup Raisins (Soaked for 4 hours) Stevia (2-3 Drops) 1/2 Cup Raw Mango (Shredded) Pinch of Black Salt 1/2 Tsp Saffron (Soaked in 2 Tsp of water) 10 Cardamoms (Elaichi) Sliced Pistachios for garnish
