Diabetes-Friendly Galauti Kebab  Recipe

Nutrient-Rich Ingredients:  2 Cups Boiled Black Chickpeas 1 Large Finely Chopped Onion 2 Tsp Crushed Green Chilli, Garlic, Ginger A handful of Chopped Coriander Leaves

½ Tsp Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder ½ Cup roasted Bengal gram dal flour/chickpea flour Cooked semolina Oil for shallow frying

Preparation Method:  In a mixing bowl, combine mashed black chickpeas, finely chopped onions, crushed green chili, garlic, and ginger paste. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, roasted Bengal gram dal flour, and cooked semolina. Mix well, adjusting salt to taste.

Cutlet Formation:  Shape the mixture into flat, round cutlets.

Shallow Frying:  Shallow fry the cutlets in a pan with a small amount of oil.

Serve Hot:  Serve the hot cutlets with green chutney and onion slices or homemade tomato ketchup.
