Ingredients Combination:  Combine 1 cup besan (gram flour), 1/2 cup grated dudhi (bottle gourd), 1 tsp green chili paste, 1 tsp red chili paste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp ajwain powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp crushed whole dhania (coriander), and 1/4 cup chopped coriander.

Batter Consistency:  Mix all ingredients and add enough water to achieve a batter consistency similar to dhokla.

Heating Tawa:  Heat a tawa on medium flame.

Oil Brushing:  Brush the tawa with oil.

Cooking Pancake:  Pour one ladle full of batter onto the center of the tawa, spreading it to form a large circle.
