Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup for Diabetes 

Ingredients:  1 cauliflower, chopped 2 cups broccoli florets

1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced

6 cups vegetable broth (low-sodium) 1 teaspoon turmeric Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:  Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until softened.

Add cauliflower, broccoli, vegetable broth, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

Simmer until vegetables are tender. Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth.
