Diabetes-Friendly Spinach & Paneer Salad  A fresh, filling salad with spinach and paneer, perfect for a low-carb meal.

Spinach Leaves - 1 cup Paneer Cubes - ¼ cup Salt & Pepper - to taste Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

Step 1 - Prepare Salad  Toss spinach, paneer, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.

Step 2 - Mix & Serve  Mix well and serve fresh for a nutritious meal.
