Winter Special Methi Thepla for Diabetes

Diabetes Friendly Methi Thepla. A winter special flatbread that’s easy to cook and delicious.

Health Benefits:  Fenugreek helps lower sugar levels, boosts metabolism, and improves digestion.

Ingredients: Fresh fenugreek leaves - 1 cup Whole wheat flour - 1 cup Turmeric - ½ tsp Chili powder - ½ tsp Curd - 2 tbsp

Step 1: Mix wheat flour, fenugreek leaves, spices, and curd to form a dough.

Step 2: Roll into flatbreads and cook on a hot tawa with minimal oil.

Serve hot with yogurt or sugar free pickle.
