How to make Green Smoothie for Diabetes ?

5 - 6 Leaves of any 1 major green: Spinach, Green Sorrel, Kale, Amaranthus, Radish greens, Beet greens, Lettuce, etc.

A handful of any 2 minor greens (curry leaves, tulsi, coriander, mint etc)

Half or 1 fruit: apples, pears, guavas, strawberries etc

One pinch each of cinnamon powder & black pepper

A dash of rock salt Juice of half a lemon 1 glass of water

Blend all the ingredients for 3 minutes and drink without straining.

Drink 2 - 4 glasses of 250 ml each day for the next four weeks, and see the difference.
