Cucumber & Mint Smoothie for Diabetes  A refreshing, hydrating smoothie with cucumber and mint.

Ingredients: Cucumber - ½, chopped Mint Leaves - 5-6 Greek Yogurt - ¼ cup Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

Instructions: Step 1  Blend Ingredients   Blend cucumber, mint, yogurt, and lemon juice.

Step 2 - Serve Chilled   Pour into a glass and enjoy cold.

This smoothie makes a perfect evening snack for a diabetes-friendly meal plan. Add it twice a week in your plan.
