The Ideal Plate Method For Diabetes

Following a plate method for diabetes has proven to reduce blood sugar and HbA1c levels.

Firstly, make sure the plate size is not too big or small. The recommended size would be 9 inches approx.

Your plate should be divided into 3 parts; 1 Half + 2 Quarters.
