Chickpea Salad with Cheese & Veggies for Diabetes

Diabetes-Friendly Chickpea Salad High-fiber chickpeas combined with crunchy veggies and feta for balanced nutrition.

Boiled Chickpeas - ½ cup, Chopped Onions - 2 tbsp, Chopped, Tomatoes - 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander - 1 tsp

Cheese - 2 tbsp, crumbled Lemon Juice - 1 tsp Salt & Pepper - to taste

Step 1 - Mix Ingredients Toss chickpeas, veggies, and cheese with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 - Serve Fresh Serve immediately as a filling and nutritious salad.

Serve as a healthy snack between meals. This has all the good nutrients like fiber and protein and will keep you full for long.
