A Lifestyle change towards better Health and a healthier Heart

Not all stories talk about big biceps or the elusive six-pack. Some stories have a deeper meaning to individuals – their good health and survival.

One of the most prevalent conditions that we see in individuals these days are those of the heart. The heart, one of the most important organs of the body. The one that starts beating before we are even born and continues throughout the lifetime. The health of the heart is dependent on several things, most of which are associated with lifestyle. Also, there’s never a better time to get started in the pursuit of good health than NOW.

Dear sir,

I want to share my success story from a brilliant initiative by the management of creating a well-being event. I am Mahipal Singh, Age 46 years, working with Luminous since the past 19 years. 6 months back, I underwent a bypass heart surgery, due to which my BP never remained in my control. I also used to experience chest pains. But then I participated in the Breathe Well-being competition, and as days have gone by, my routine has changed. I get up early morning and walk daily, and because of that, now my BP is under control and chest pains have disappeared. I remain healthy and fit now. Also I can proudly say my team is at rank 3, thanks to hard work of my other team members (TXRTigers Baddi).
I strongly recommend continuation of these types of events which make us healthy and fit in life.
